ORGANIZATIONAL EMPLOYMENT

BCI’s mission is to inspire and support people with disabilities, challenging personal growth and development through a continuum of innovative employment opportunities. For some, being employed under our Organizational Employment Program offers a fun and safe environment with an opportunity to thrive.

The Organizational Employment Program is designed to offer full support for people with varying levels of abilities. Our dedicated team of Employment Support Specialists works to accommodate each individual’s unique needs. Through regular training and assessment, we ensure the highest level of success for every person we serve. We focus on abilities rather than disabilities, and we transform a desire to work into something meaningful and fulfilling.

Organizational employees work directly for BCI at one of our BCI packaging facilities, where we provide first-rate contract packaging and light manufacturing services to customers across the country.

Benefits include:

  • Full- or part-time employment

  • Paid vacation, holidays and sick time

  • Voluntary life, dental and vision insurance

  • Enrollment in 403B with up to a 4% company match

WORKING AT BCI PACKAGING

We have two BCI Packaging production facilities in Missouri. Our organizational headquarters in St. Peters has 60,000 sq. ft. of production space, warehouse and executive offices, and accommodates 19 production lines. The building also features Andrew's Clubhouse and Andrew's Outfield, special indoor and outdoor St. Louis Cardinals-themed gathering spaces funded by our friends at Andrew's Hugs.

The second facility in Moscow Mills has 23,000 sq. ft. of production floor and warehouse space and operates 5 production lines. This is a unique facility that is smaller than St. Peters and is compliant in Safe Quality Food regulations.

Both facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art features to help keep our employees safe at work.

Our focus on creating fulfilling work opportunities for adults with disabilities goes beyond the job. Both BCI facilities regularly host activities during the workday to celebrate holidays and special events. Employees are also recognized for their achievements through monthly and annual awards, initiatives, and continuous opportunities to advance.

Our Organizational Employment Program is accredited by CARF International, which assures our commitment to program and service quality with a focus on the satisfaction of those we serve.
